Jackie of all trades...

You explain your predicament, and Heather seems sympathetic. She grabs something off her dresser and kneels at your door. You can see goosebumps all over her arms, and you wonder if you should give her your jacket.

Just as you're about to take it off and put it on her, though, the door pops open. Heather jumps up, turns to you, and says, "There you go, Default. Make sure you bring your keys with you tomorrow night, okay?"

"Oh, uhh...okay." You stammer as she goes back into her own apartment, leaving you alone for the night.

Oh well, at least you have a date tomorrow.

Finally back in your fortress of solitude, you find that it's exactly the same as you left it. A small, empty apartment with a massive TV, tons of video game consoles, and an awesome computer with three monitors.

Today was, by far, the best day of your life. You met a girl, and she actually enjoyed your company. And you've got another date with her tomorrow! It's so exciting.

You set Clarence on the kitchen counter, and a putrid odor stings your nostrils. The last time you exerted yourself this much was when you tried to triple your time on Fitness Simulator, the latest and greatest in virtual fitness regimens (the game's box's words, not mine).

That reminds you to plug in your phone since it's been dead all day. Heather said she would text you, and you certainly don't wanna miss that.

As you plug it in, your stomach also growls at you, much like it did this morning. But you smell really bad and need a shower because you don't want that smell trapped in your couch. But you're also really hungry and stuff. There's no issue with doing both, but which should come first?

  >> Eat dinner?
